Shipping Policy :

  • Shipping and handling policy

    We deliver to all and any postal address in India and Shipping in India is free . However, Courier companies do not deliver to P.O.Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code. Our courier agents will not be able to provide sign confirmation of delivery made in such cases. To ensure that no disputes arise due to this, kindly make sure that someone is physically present to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted.

  • Shipments

    Also be aware that all shipments to any Hotels/Colleges/Schools/Hostels/offices (anywhere other than residential address) are placed at the customer's risk. If the school's warden or security personnel does not accept your package or it is refused for any reason, DH will under no circumstances issue a refund or credit to the customer's account, nor shall we attempt re-shipment of the same order. 

    Product which has a delivery period of around 7 days "may" sometime be delayed for further 2 to 3 days due to production & delivery issues. We will keep you updated with the status of the same. On most circumstances the product will be delivered on time but if there is any delay we will make sure keep you updated.

    Due to the current pandemic crisis there are logistic issues, so in few cases the delivery may take longer than the actual delivery period mentioned. We at DH are doing our best to deliver your favorite DH apparel at your doorstep at the earliest.

  • Transit Risk

    We are shipping all parcels as fully insured at no extra cost to customers. If Courier Company fails to deliver, customer will not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is all ours, but we will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer's address by postal / courier agency.

    If a shipment is lost in transit, there is wait period of 15 working days, after a confirmation from customer, thereafter we will reprocess / reship the order, but it will depend upon the product availability. If the product cant shipped (if lost in transit) entire amount will be refunded.

  • Tracking Your Order

    As soon as the product is dispatched, we will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, when the product is handed over to the Courier an Email will be sent containing the tracking number and Courier Company’s website detail along with date of expecting delivery. You can also check the same order on our order status page link by login from your account.

  • Address change requests

    Once an order is registered, you can request for address change within 24 hours of placing the order. You may send your shipping address alteration request to and the needful will be done.

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

    Some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees & not Ekavi. Kindly Please make sure your shipping address is correct. All products are firstly polythene packed & taped with. Then delivered to the courier service.

    For each products we have mentioned time to ship along with the product description. These are indicative & approx values only and products can be shipped earlier or later depending on availability of product and other factors.

    It is advisable to email us with the product codes to get more accurate time to ship estimate.

  • What if any delays

    If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because of an item not being in stock or production delay, we will notify you by e-mail and for the same no compensation will be given. Due to natural calamities like heavy rainfall, floods, ... etc, products may not be able to dispatched on time.

Our Friendly Return and Exchange Policy FAQ :

  • Can I cancel my order after placing an order?

    Order can be canceled within 12 hours of order placed.

  • Can I cancel an order after shipped?

    An order once shipped cannot be cancelled.

  • Can I Return or Exchange / Cancellation product?

    Yes, you can return or exchange your purchase product within 3 days from the day you have received delivery. Kindly make sure the product is in  original condition, price tags, brand tags, box, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories should not be damaged or discarded by the user and should be in the same condition that you received it.

    For Exchange and return confirmation kindly mail or contact us within 24 hour after receiving delivery. After that, it will not be accepted. Once the product is delivered/returned to us, we will provide credit / refund against product amount. The credit amount has to be used within 3 months. After which the balance amount will be forfeited.

    A refund would be initiated once we receive the returned product. All Refunds would be done through bank transfers only.

    At the time of return, please remark the items as “Defective Returns” and “Not for sale”.

  • How Can I return or exchange my Purchase?

    If you want to return or exchange your purchase kindly email to us on sales@dhshirts.com within 48 hours and our executive will contact you shortly. We are providing easy return policy. If you are not happy with product, you can return product at your end within 3 days.

    Once the product is delivered/returned to us, we will provide credit / refund against product amount. The credit amount has to be used within 3 months. After which the balance amount will be forfeited.

SALE FAQ :

All products on sale cannot be returned or excanged and refund will be provided for the same. Unless the product has a manufacturing defect will be happy to accept the product. In such circumstances kindly contact us with images of the defected product . ( Showing the damaged part of the product). Kindly make sure the product is in  original condition, price tags, brand tags, box, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories should not be damaged or discarded by the user and should be in the same condition that you received it.

At DH we intend to make your shopping experience as flawless as possible while selecting and buying your favorite apparel. Despite our best efforts to keep our customers happy, there are times when it is possible that you might feel the need to return your product for any circumstances beyond your or our control. We have listed everything below about our Cancellation and Return policy so that in case you do decide to cancel your order, or seek refunds, you do not face a problem.

Once a product the received by us after a customer returns, we will do complete quality check on the returned product. Any product which is worn, washed, used or altered by the customer will not be accepted and no credit will be provided by us against that product and no extra charges for the delivery or postage will barred by us. And the product will be returned back to customer at their own cost.

There may be minor variations in color of the actual product because of the nature of fabric dyes, whether at the time of dying and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors or accessories ordered. Changes in size or any other alteration after placing an order can be done by emailing to us on sales@dhshirts.com within 12 hours of order placed.

If the products are not liked by the customer than a customer can return the products back within 3 days of goods received by customer by sending an email on sales@dhshirts.com within 24 hours. We provide free shipping throughout INDIA and if you feel to return the product we at DH shirts will bare all the return shipping costs as well so you do not need to pay the pickup agent.

  • Cash on Delivery (India Only)

    We at DH remain committed for the safety of our employees and customers. Due to the current pandemic crisis we are not accepting COD to ensure safety of our customers and delivery agents. We shall keep you updated as soon as we resume COD.

  • Payment Confirmation

    Once the payment is confirmed from our payment gateway, we will process your order. If your selected product is in "Ready to Ship" mode, we will ship the same within 24 days.

  • We also accept the following Offline payment options (India Only)
